Discovering one of the best venue in Tuscany
This year, for the first time, I had the pleasure of working at Villa Il Pozzo, an enchanting location in the heart of Tuscany. As an Italian wedding photographer, I’ve visited many extraordinary venues across the region, but this villa immediately captured my heart.
Villa Il Pozzo is a historic estate filled with timeless elegance, featuring beautifully frescoed rooms where couples can get ready surrounded by art and centuries of history. These interiors are a dream for photographers, offering soft light and refined backdrops ideal for elegant and emotional wedding photos.
Stepping outside, the villa reveals breathtaking 360-degree views of the rolling Tuscan hills, showcasing some of the most iconic landscapes in the Chianti area. The panoramic terrace—often chosen for ceremonies—offers one of the most impressive vistas in the region. This is where Burke and Oana exchanged their vows, embraced by the golden Tuscan light and the peaceful beauty of the countryside.

- A Tuscany Wedding Ceremony with Exceptional Floral Design
The ceremony became even more magical thanks to the talent of Infinito Amore Tuscany, one of Tuscany’s best floral designers. Her work added a refined and unique touch to the natural beauty of the venue, with floral arrangements that were creative, elegant, and never predictable.
Burke and Oana, who live in Australia, chose Tuscany for their intimate destination wedding in Italy, celebrating with about 50 guests. The warmth and closeness of the group created the perfect atmosphere for capturing genuine emotions—tender glances, unspoken connections, and all the little details that make a love story unforgettable.

- An Elegant Tuscan Wedding Reception Under the Stars
For their reception, the couple created a spectacular setup: an imperial table placed right in front of the villa’s façade. Floating chandeliers illuminated the scene as if suspended in the sky, while colorful floral arrangements added depth, romance, and personality to the evening. It was a breathtaking example of why Tuscany is home to some of the best wedding venues in Italy.
Oana and Burke were elegant, spontaneous, and full of joy. Photographing them was a true pleasure—their tenderness, love, and happiness came through in every image, from the intimate portraits to the lively dance moments.
