Hanry and Cieu are a beautiful young couple from New York. Together they
decided to get married in Italy because Cieu, of Chinese origin, has had a
splendid villa since she was a child
in one of the most beautiful places on the Ligurian Riviera, Camogli.
Camogli is a small fishing village not yet too touristy and it is here that Cieu
started preparations on her wedding day, together with her two sisters and
parents.
The view from the villa is breathtaking.
Hanry preferred not to take photos during the dressing but he showed up very
early at Cieu’s house for the fateful first look, the very American custom where
the groom sees the bride for the first time on the wedding day. before the
ceremony, dressed in white: the emotion was skyrocketing, Cieu was really a
charm, with her very elegant dress and her oriental features.
The wedding dress was long and white, simple but with a very particular
neckline.
The ceremony took place in the beautiful church of Santa Margherita, very close to Villa Durazzo, where the party was then held.
The church has a beautiful sea view and inside the wonderful chandeliers, a way to catapult guests into a very Italian atmosphere.
At Villa Durazzo the guests were greeted by an elegant buffet of typical Italian and Ligurian aperitifs, with a background of classical music, which was the backdrop to a perfect wedding location, with sea views and splendid frescoes on the interior walls.
The floral arrangements were classic and in very delicate colors.
During dinner, friends and relatives have dedicated much-loved speeches and dedications to the spouses.
The catering, by “Capurro Receptions”, among the best for weddings in Liguria, has served traditional local Ligurian dishes, from pesto to fresh fish.
To make the spouses and their friends unleash and dance, an incredible band came directly from London.
The organization of the wedding, from the preparation to the last dance, was followed by the “Sposiamovi” team, which,for years, have been organizing the most beautiful and special weddings in Italy: with their experience and sympathy, they have made everything much easier and they have taken care of the wedding to the smallest detail, managing to create a dreamlike atmosphere thanks to the very elegant installations in the church and at Villa Durazzo for the party.
